Return and Exchange Policy

Customers may return new in the original retail packaging, uninstalled and unused products purchased through this site during the 30-days following delivery of shipment and obtain a refund of purchase price paid excluding shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any return.

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise please notify us immediately. Ergon will provide a prepaid return label only for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

In order to return a product, you must contact us for Return Authorization instructions after you have received your order. Products must be returned in the original retail packaging, uninstalled and unused. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damage and missing part(s) restocking fees may apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the return shipment and assumes all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Ergon. The customer must ship the product insured and prepaid. Refunds will not be made for product damaged during shipping. If you return product without Return Authorization, beyond the Return Authorization validity period of 30-days or without proper packaging, Ergon retains the right to either refuse delivery or charge a restocking fee. Please allow up to 4 weeks to see a credit to your selected method of payment.

Sorry, we cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges on Ergon products purchased from another Ergon retailer, either online or locally.

Clearance and Sale Product Return and Exchange Policy

All Sale and Clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange. All Sale and Clearance product sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.
