This is due to a small staff in our warehouse as well as delays within the various shipping networks (UPS, FedEx, USPS). US & Canada Orders
Our office processes orders Monday through Friday from sunny southern California, excluding observed US Holidays. Orders typically ship 2-3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday process the following week. If there should be any unforeseen delay in shipment or if a product is out of stock you will be notified via email. Due to our third party fulfillment process, we are unable to Expedite orders. Shipping prices cover shipping fees in addition to shipping materials and handling. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or duty fees on orders shipped to Canada.
