Shipping Terms

US & Canada Orders

Our office processes orders Monday through Friday from sunny southern California, excluding observed US Holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday process the following week. If there should be any unforeseen delay in shipment your will be notified by email. If a product is out of stock you will be immediately refunded and notified via email. Due to our third party fulfillment process, we are unable to expedite orders. Shipping prices cover shipping fees in addition to shipping materials and handling. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or duty fees on orders shipped to Canada. If you have a question regarding our shipping policy or shipping timeline, please contact us.

Customers will receive 3 emails regarding their order...

  • Email #1: Order confirmation - sent by Ergon at the time order is placed.
  • Email #2: Order processing - sent by Ergon at time order is sent to warehouse for packing and shipping.
  • Email #3: Order tracking - sent by TRG Fulfillment which has your tracking number.
Some of these emails may go to your SPAM folder. Please check your SPAM folder prior to contacting us regarding any of the above emails.


    International Orders

    Sorry, we are unable to ship items to Europe. For shipping outside the US, please use one of our online partners or consult your local bicycle retailer. Thank you for your understanding.
