Shipping Terms

Orders automatically process 7-days a week once they are placed. All orders ship via FedEx from Los Angeles, CA. If there should be any unforeseen delay in shipment you will be notified by email. If a product is out of stock you will be immediately refunded. Due to our third party fulfillment process we are unable to expedite, cancel, or edit orders. Shipping prices cover shipping fees, shipping materials, and handling.

  • Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days after they are placed.
  • Processing and shipping delays can occur due to high order volume, US holidays, weather, etc.
  • Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. We are unable to cancel, make changes, or add discount codes to an order after it is submitted. Please make sure to review your order carefully before paying.
  • After you have received your tracking notification email, delivery transit times within the US will vary from 2-5 business days based on delivery location from southern California.
  • Ergon is not responsible for carrier delays.
  • All orders ship via FedEx Ground.

 

International Orders

Sorry, we cannot ship to addresses outside of the US. To purchase Ergon in your country, please visit our International page, contact your local bicycle retailer, or visit your favorite online retailer.
