US & Canada Orders
Our office processes orders Monday through Friday from sunny southern California, excluding observed US Holidays. Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday process the following week. If there should be any unforeseen delay in shipment your will be notified by email. If a product is out of stock you will be immediately refunded and notified via email. Due to our third party fulfillment process, we are unable to expedite orders. Shipping prices cover shipping fees in addition to shipping materials and handling. The customer is responsible for any additional taxes or duty fees on orders shipped to Canada.
