    Great for numbness but quite painful

    I researched this seat for a long time as a replacement for a Selle Anatomica which has been
    on my bike for seven years and never really fit me correctly. I installed it with much excitement
    but that evaporated in less than 30 minutes. No numbness - great - but pain in the sitbones
    which seem to be the only part of me supporting all my weight on this seat. I tried several
    different tilt angle and fore-aft adjustments and was unable to get the seat to a place where
    I could ride without pain. Disappointing.

    Just had one short ride and the seat feels comfortable then we got a big dump of snow and I haven’t ridden since.

    Bought this for my 67 year old partner. She has been using the SMC4-L for a few years and liked it but finally wished for more saddle. She likes the larger surface area and the ability to move slightly while pedaling is helpful as well.
