Offered in Small or Large, this is the thickness of the grip in hand. The Small and Large are the same length and have the same wing size. The only difference is the thickness of the grip in hand. Riders with smaller hands are best to choose the Small size. Riders with large hands are an ideal fit to the Large size. Ultimately, choice of size is a rider personal preference.

GripShift: 2 short grips
Nexus/Rohloff: 1 full length Left grip, 1 short Right grip
Why bar ends?
Barends offer the rider additional hand positions. Bar ends also allow greater leverage when pulling on the handlebars. Ergon offers its bar ends in various length to suit the demands of all riders.
I was so excited that the grips I wanted, GP2 for grip shifts, were showing that they were available in the shop, when many other models were out of stock. However, I ended up receiving a refund out of the blue. Only after emailing to find out why the refund was I told that they were no longer available and an email to that affect would be coming shortly. I don’t understand why the system’s inventory was incorrect and allowed me to place the order and I never received the explanatory email mentioned, not that it mattered at that point. Very disappointing to get my hopes up, only to have them dashed after completing the purchase.
I own two Brompton bikes and I have these grips on both. The grips are great, and the customer service could not be better.
I've used the GP2 grips for over 5 years and have purchased two more pairs!
They are great: comfort, stability, and hand positions.
I have these grips on all of my mountain bikes-- comfortable for everything and ideal for long distance. It's great to have multiple hand positions and nothing better than a wide platform for dissipating pressure and letting my hands rest. I've been riding Ergon grips for bikepacking since 2009 and couldn't possibly be comfortable with another grip day after day.
